    Ncity Avm de bulunan kafenin tüm alt yapı tesisatı değiştirildi, dekorasyonda yeniliklere gidildi.

    Işıklandırma ile gece ve gündüz kullanımları revize edildi. Bar alanı tamamen yenilenirken, mekânın genelinde ufak dokunuşlarla büyük estetik güzellikler elde edildi.

    Plaza binası olarak tasarlanan yapı toplam 1800 m² inşaat alanına sahip olup;

    Karşılama alanı, 4 adet toplantı odası, 4 adet açık ofis, 3 adet müdür odası, 2 adet dinlenme odası, 1 adet yönetim kurulu başkanı odası, asistan odası, konferans salonu, restoran, arşiv, teknik bölümler ve mescit alanlarından oluşmaktadır.

    Modern tarzda tasarlanan holding binasının cephesinde bulunan asimetrik formlar, iç mekâna da kullanıldı ve modern çizgi tüm mekânlara taşındı.
